Question: How can I get tunytune
personalized songs?
Answer: There are two ways to get
Tunytune's songs: (i) By download them
from the Tunytune website; and (ii) by
ordering a CD that will be delivered by
mail to you.
Question: Can multiple names be part of
a single song or CD?
Answer: No. Each song and each CD
contains one selected name.
Question: Can every name be ordered?
Answer: Our name database contains
thousand of names. However, if the name
requested is not one of them, all you have
to do is tell us where to reach you; We
will contact you once the name has been
added to our name database so you may
then order the song. We update our
database frequently.

Ordering Process
Question: I would like to change an order
I have made?
Answer: Upon completion of your order, a
receipt with all of the details will be
e-mailed to you. Please review your order
details carefully and confirm that they are
correct. If any detail in your order is not
correct, you must contact us immediately
at Support@Tunytune.com and let us know
before we ship your products. There will
be no additional charge for any corrections
prior to the production of your order.
When you contact us, please be prepared
to provide us with you first and last name,
the date you placed your order, and your
order number. After your order has been
delivered, we will not be able to correct
or change any detail in it.
Question: What if I want to cancel my
order?
Answer: An order may be canceled only if
we are notified before it has been shipped.

policies?
Answer: If you received a defective or
damaged CD, please let us know within 48
hours of delivery. We will then ship a
replacement CD at no additional charge.

Answer: Each order is expected to be
delivered within 5 to 14 business days.

Answer: No. You can only listen to a 20
second sample.
